Decision
1. This is an application under the Pay Equity Act, R.S.O. 1990, c.P.7, as amended (“the Act”).
2. By letters dated January 6, 2025, the applicant has requested disclosure pertaining to the expert reports in advance of the cross-examinations scheduled for later this month.
3. The panel has reviewed the request and finds it reasonable in the circumstances. If there are any challenges responding to the requests, the Tribunal is to be advised forthwith.
