DECISION OF THE TRIBUNAL: January 21, 2025
This is an application under the Pay Equity Act, R.S.O. 1990, c.P.7, as amended (“the Act”).
The Tribunal received letters from several parties dated January 20, 2025 with respect to a request to adjourn the cross-examination scheduled for January 23, 2025 and to convert that date into a case management hearing. Several parties object to converting the date.
The Tribunal will hear oral submissions on all issues in dispute between the parties at the commencement of the January 23, 2025 hearing date. The parties should be prepared to commence cross-examination on Dr. Singh if the Tribunal does not convert the hearing date to a case management date.
