The Certificate of Delivery filed on November 12, 2024 was incomplete. The applicant was advised of this deficiency, but has not filed an amended or completed Certificate of Delivery.
Accordingly, this application is terminated without prejudice to the applicant’s ability to re-deliver the application to the respondent, and to refile the application with the Tribunal with a fresh Certificate of Delivery.
