The applicant has requested this matter to continued to be adjourned sine die. In order for the Tribunal to consider this request, it requires the Decision dated December 6, 2022 (File No. 19-237772).
Accordingly, the applicant is directed to file that Order with the Tribunal by no later than August 16, 2023.
