DECISION OF THE TRIBUNAL: April 21, 2023

1This is an application filed pursuant to section 24(5) of the Pay Equity Act, R.S.O. 1990, c.P.7 as amended (“the Act”).

2A hearing took place in this matter on April 21, 2023. At that time, the Applicant finished making her closing argument orally. She has also filed with the Board, and delivered to the Respondent, material in writing. The parties agreed and the Board directed as follows:

• The Respondent will file with the Board, and deliver to the Applicant, its closing argument in writing by no later than May 5, 2023;
• The Respondent will not make oral closing argument;
• The Applicant will file with the Board, and deliver to the Respondent, any reply argument in writing by no later than May 19, 2023; and
• No further hearing dates will be scheduled.
