DECISION OF THE TRIBUNAL: March 31, 2023

1. This is an application under the Pay Equity Act, R.S.O. 1990, c.P.7, as amended, (“the Act”).

2. By decision dated March 29, 2023 I directed a response to the applicant’s request to adjourn this matter sine die until April 28, 2023.

3. Both the applicant and respondent wrote to the Board in support of the request. The respondent submitted that it expects that the disclosure will be completed by “no later than the end of April, if not sooner”.

4. Based on the correspondence of the parties, the adjournment is granted.

5. If the parties do not resolve this matter, then by no later than May 1, 2023, the parties shall write to the Tribunal with no less than three mutually agreeable dates in June 2023 for which the hearing date will be scheduled.
