This is an application under the Pay Equity Act, R.S.O. 1990, c.P.7, as amended, ("the Act").
A hearing was convened on February 13, 2023 to address the parties preliminary matters. At the outset of the hearing, the parties advised that they were working together to finalize disclosure which may resolve the issues between them.
The parties shall have until March 27, 2023 to resolve any outstanding disclosure issues, and to write to the Board to advise whether this matter have been resolved between them. If no correspondence is received, or if the parties advise that there remain outstanding disclosure issues as of March 27, 2023, another hearing date will be scheduled to hear the preliminary matters.
