DECISION OF THE TRIBUNAL: February 9, 2023

[1]. These are applications under the Pay Equity Act, R.S.O. 1990, c.P.7, as amended, ("the Act").

[2]. In this matter, the parties have finished calling their evidence and on the last day of hearing, due to reasons that are obvious to the parties and their counsel, the Tribunal accepted the applicants' request to have their final argument be done by written submissions. A submission schedule was established, but again because of reasons that are obvious to the parties and their counsel, the applicants was unable to file its submissions in accordance with that timetable.

[3]. Accordingly, the Tribunal directs that:

a) the applicants' submissions will be filed by February 21, 2023;

b) the respondent's response submissions will be filed by March 7, 2023; and

c) the applicants' reply submissions, if any, shall be filed by March 15, 2023.
