PEHT Case No. 3156-19-PE is an application filed pursuant to section 24(5) of the Pay Equity Act, R.S.O. 1990, c.P.7 as amended (“the Act”). This application was filed on February 11, 2020.
PEHT Case No. 3350-19-PE is an application by the Hospital seeking review of the same order in which the Pay Equity Office has sought to enforce.
By letter dated February 1, 2022, the Hospital requested an extension to June 24, 2022 to make the pay equity payments that have been negotiated with the Union. The Hospital has provided very good reasons for the extension request.
Accordingly, the Tribunal grants the Hospital’s extension request to June 24, 2022.
