Having regard to the request of the applicants by correspondence dated July 18, 2022, the Tribunal finds it appropriate to extend the timelines set out at subparagraph 4 c) and d) of its November 18, 2021 decision in these matters to September 16, 2022 and October 7, 2022 respectively. For greater clarity, those subparagraphs are hereby amended to read as follows:

c) By September 16, 2022, the applicants will file signed witness statements for any witness they intend to call in support of any position that they take the respondent’s evaluations incorrectly rated the job descriptions;
d) By October 7, 2022, the respondent will file signed witness statements for any witness they intend to rely upon in response to the applicant’s evidence.
