DECISION OF THE TRIBUNAL: July 4, 2022

1. The Tribunal is in receipt of correspondence from counsel for the respondent, Ottawa Hospital Association, dated June 30, 2022 in which she notes that, further to the Pre-Hearing Conference, her client is agreeable to proceeding by way of a single vice-chair, rather than a panel for the hearing. At the Pre-Hearing Conference held in this matter, the applicant was also agreeable to proceeding by way of a single vice-chair.

2. In the circumstances, the Tribunal directs the applicant to advise the Tribunal by no later than July 13, 2022 if it now objects to proceeding by way of a single vice-chair, rather than a panel for the hearing. In the event that no objection is received by that date, the Registrar is directed to schedule the hearing before a single vice-chair, rather than a panel.
