This is an application under the Pay Equity Act, R.S.O. 1990, c.P.7 as amended (“the Act”).
In this application, the respondent has requested the Tribunal to dismiss the application on a preliminary basis.
The applicant shall have until January 6, 2023, to file its written reply to the respondent’s submissions.
The Registrar is directed to set a hearing date for the Tribunal to hear the parties’ oral submissions on the respondent’s preliminary objections to the Tribunal’s jurisdiction. The hearing shall be set before April 15, 2023.
