Decision
1. PEHT Case No. 3156-19-PE is an application filed pursuant to section 24(5) of the Pay Equity Act, R.S.O. 1990, c.P.7 as amended (“the Act”). This application was filed on February 11, 2020.
2. The Hospital was directed to file a status update with the Tribunal by no later than June 2, 2021. The Tribunal has not received a status update. The Hospital shall have until June 11, 2021 to provide the status update. The Tribunal notes the deadline to comply with the Review Officer’s Orders has already been extended.
