This is an application under the Pay Equity Act, R.S.O. 1990, c.P.7 as amended (“the Act”).
The applicant filed an email dated May 24, 2021 with the Registrar. It does not appear that the respondent (or its counsel) was copied on the correspondence. The correspondence seeks clarification arising out of Pre-Hearing Conference Memorandum entered into by the parties on March 23, 2021.
The applicant is directed to deliver a copy of the correspondence to the respondent. It may be the question asked by the applicant is addressed between the parties. If questions remain about the process, the parties are free to write to the Tribunal and seek clarification.
