Decision

1. This is an application under the Pay Equity Act, R.S.O. 1990, c.P.7 as amended (“the Act”).

2. By decision dated December 2, 2021, I directed the applicant to set out the purpose of the submissions received by the Tribunal on November 29, 2021. By letter dated December 13, 2021, the applicant set out the remedies that she is requesting from the Tribunal.

3. There is nothing apparent from these submissions that requires response submissions to be filed. The parties are reminded to file their materials that they intend to rely upon in advance of the hearing date in accordance with the Tribunal’s Rules of Practice and their Pre-Conference Memorandum of Agreement.
