Decision
[1]. This is an application under the Pay Equity Act, R.S.O. 1990, c.P.7, as amended (“the Act”).
[2]. The Tribunal received correspondence from the respondent trade union on December 6, 2021. However, this correspondence appears to be in response to a request that has not been received by the Tribunal.
[3]. Additionally, by no later than December 15, 2021, the parties are directed to provide an update to the Tribunal regarding the status of their negotiations. These submissions will be considered if an extension to the adjournment period is requested by the applicant.
