DECISION OF THE TRIBUNAL: November 23, 2020
These are applications under the *Pay Equity Act*, R.S.O. 1990, c.P.7, as amended (“the Act”).
The first hearing date was held on November 23, 2020. The applicants completed their evidence on the first issue that the Tribunal directed be determined.
The parties are directed to consult and by no later than November 30, 2020 file a list of no less than three mutually available dates to schedule the next hearing date. The Registrar is directed to schedule one of those dates subject to the Tribunal’s availability.
The respondent is also directed to by no later than January 6, 2021 file a witness statement for any witness that it intends to call at the next hearing date. The same process will be used with respect to the respondent’s witnesses as the applicant’s witness.
