Decision
This is an application under the Pay Equity Act, R.S.O. 1990, c. P.7, as amended (the “Act”).
It has come to the Tribunal’s attention that the applicants have failed to provide Brockville General Hospital with their May 11, 2018 submissions. The applicants are directed to do so forthwith but no later than September 20, 2018. They are directed to confirm with the Tribunal in writing that they have done so. The applicants are reminded that all documents/correspondence that they file with the Tribunal must also be delivered to the other parties that are listed on Appendix A of the Tribunal’s correspondence. Brockville General Hospital shall have ten business days from receipt of the May 11, 2018 correspondence to deliver and provide its response.
