Section 4.2(1) of the Statutory Powers Procedure Act permits a panel of one to issue this decision.
I convened a Pre-Hearing Conference into this matter on October 24, 2018, during which the parties entered into an agreement to adjourn this matter sine die until September 20, 2019.
In the circumstances, this matter is adjourned sine die until September 20, 2019, and will terminate without further notice to the parties unless prior to that date the applicant makes a request to the Registrar to proceed with this application or to further extend the period of adjournment.
