DECISION OF THE BOARD: April 5, 2017
This is an application under the Pay Equity Act, R.S.O. 1990, c.P.7, as amended.
This application was scheduled for a Case Management Hearing on April 3, 2017. At that time, the parties agreed to attempt to reach an agreed statement of facts and to prepare willsay statements which would serve as their witnesses’ evidence in chief.
Having regard to the parties’ agreement, the applicant is directed to prepare and provide a first draft of the Agreed Statement of Facts to the responding party by May 15, 2017 and to provide the applicant’s willsay statements to the responding party by June 30, 2017. The responding party is directed to provide the applicant with any responding party witnesses’ willsay statements by August 15, 2017.
The hearing in this matter will take place in the “Board Room”, 2nd Floor, 505 University Avenue, Toronto, Ontario on October 17, 2017 and will continue on October 18, 23, 24 and 31, 2017, commencing at 9:30 a.m.
