This is an application under the Pay Equity Act, R.S.O. 1990, c. P.7, as amended.
I am issuing this decision pursuant to the authority conferred under section 4.2(1) of the Statutory Powers Procedure Act.
By correspondence dated December 12, 2017, Brockville General Hospital has requested an extension for the filing of its response from December 18, 2017 to January 15, 2017 because of scheduling conflicts. Under the circumstances, the Tribunal is prepared to extend its response date to January 3, 2018.
I am not seized.
