DECISION OF THE TRIBUNAL: November 21, 2017
This is an application under the Pay Equity Act, R.S.O. 1990, c. P.7, as amended.
I am issuing this decision pursuant to the authority conferred under section 4.2(1) of the Statutory Powers Procedure Act.
The applicants have failed to file a Statement of Service (Form 3) as required by Rule 28 of the Tribunal’s Rules of Practice. In the circumstances, the Tribunal cannot be certain as to whether the responding party received a copy of the application.
In the circumstances, the Tribunal directs the applicants to file with the Tribunal a completed Statement of Service by no later than December 6, 2017. In the event that the Tribunal has not received the requisite Statement of Service by December 6, 2017, this application will be deemed abandoned without further notice to the parties.
