This is an application under the Pay Equity Act.
Section 4.2(1) of the Statutory Powers Procedure Act permits a panel of one to decide this matter.
In response to the Tribunal’s decision dated October 3, 2017, Blenda Chan, Wendy Ferguson and Carol Blakslee have indicated that they wish to join the other applicants in this matter. Accordingly, in the absence of a written objection by the respondent prior to the Pre-Hearing Conference (“the PHC”) scheduled for October 24, 2017, those individuals are entitled to participate at the PHC, and their names will be added as applicants to the title of proceeding.
