DECISION OF THE TRIBUNAL: October 19, 2017
This is a referral by the Pay Equity Office (“the Office”) pursuant to section 24.5 of the Pay Equity Act (“the Act”) for enforcement of a Review Officer’s Order.
Section 4.2(1) of the Statutory Powers Procedure Act permits a panel of one to issue this decision.
I convened a Pre-Hearing Conference into this matter on October 17, 2017, at which the responding party employer (“the Employer”) undertook to complete the steps outlined in Paragraph 27 of the Order by November 17, 2017. Neither party opposed my incorporating that undertaking into a direction from the Tribunal, and I so order.
In the circumstances, this matter is adjourned sine die until December 17, 2017, and will terminate without further notice to the parties unless prior to that date the Office makes a request to the Registrar to proceed with the referral.
I am not seized.
