1These are applications under the Pay Equity Act, R.S.O. 1990, c. P.7 as amended (“the Act”). Case File No. 0593-16-PE pertains to non-union employees of Community Living Toronto (“CLT”). Case File No. 0779-15-PE is an application in relation to unionized employees of CLT, represented by Canadian Union of Public Employees, Local 2191 (“CUPE”).
2Both matters were scheduled to be heard commencing on May 30, 2017 and continuing on May 31, 2017. On May 30, 2017 CLT and the non-union respondents entered into a written settlement of their dispute under section 25.1 of the Act; and on May 31, 2017, CUPE and CLT also entered into a written settlement of their dispute, again pursuant to section 25.1.
3In light of the foregoing, these matters are terminated.
