1. This is a referral under section 24(5) of the *Pay Equity Act*, R.S.O. 1990, c. P.7, as amended (“the Act”).
2. Section 4.2(1) of the Statutory Powers Procedure Act permits a panel of one to decide this matter.
3. On consent of the parties, this matter was adjourned sine die until May 1, 2017. They now request that the period of adjournment be extended until June 1, 2017. Their request is granted.
4. Unless the Tribunal receives a request to proceed with the matter by June 1, 2017, it will deem the application to have been abandoned by the Applicant, without any further action by the Tribunal or notice to the parties.
5. I am not seized.
