I convened a teleconference into this file on January 16, 2017, during which the parties jointly requested that this matter be adjourned sine die until September 30, 2017. I am satisfied based on their representations that it is appropriate to do so.
Unless any party seeks to proceed with this matter on or before September 30, 2017, it will be deemed abandoned by the applicant with no further notice to the parties.
