DECISION OF THE TRIBUNAL: July 29, 2016
1. This is a referral under subsection 24(5) of the Pay Equity Act, R.S.O 1990, c. P.7 as amended (the “Act”).
2. The Board has received letters from each of the Pay Equity Commission and the Ontario Public Service Employees Union, Local 161 describing certain agreements respecting the disposition of this matter. However, in light of some apparent discrepancies in describing the agreement between the parties, the Tribunal directs the parties to participate in a conference call to clarify same.
3. The Registrar is directed to schedule a conference call in consultation with the parties.
