DECISION OF THE TRIBUNAL: December 10, 2015
[1]. This is an application under the *Pay Equity Act*, R.S.O. 1990, c. P.7 as amended.
[2]. Section 4.2(1) of the Statutory Powers Procedure Act permits a panel of one to decide this matter.
[3]. A final decision issued in this matter on August 31, 2015, in which the application was granted.
[4]. The Tribunal is in receipt of correspondence dated December 7, 2015 from counsel for the respondent in response to the Tribunal’s decision of December 3, 2015 inviting submissions with respect to the applicant’s recent request for the imposition of a 60-day period for the implementation of the Tribunal’s August 31, 2015 decision.
[5]. In light of the content of counsel’s correspondence, the applicant may renew its request to the Tribunal in writing after January 15, 2016 if it wishes to do so. In that event, the respondent shall have five business days in which to respond in writing.
