1This is an application under the Pay Equity Act, R.S.O. 1990, c. P.7 as amended.
2Section 4.2(1) of the Statutory Powers Procedure Act permits a panel of one to decide this matter.
3A final decision issued in this matter on August 31, 2015 (“the Decision”). By letter dated December 2, 2015, the applicant has advised the Tribunal that the respondent does not intend to implement the Decision. The applicant requests that the Tribunal issue an order requiring the respondent to implement the Decision within 60 days, or, in the alternative, schedule a hearing on an expedited basis.
4The respondent is directed to file any written submissions it wishes to make with respect to the applicant’s correspondence, including the requests contained therein, on or before December 8, 2015.
