DECISION OF THE TRIBUNAL: November 3, 2015
Section 4.2(1) of the Statutory Powers Procedure Act permits a panel of one to decide this matter.
The Tribunal is in receipt of a request by a media reporter (“the reporter”) to review the application, the responses to the application, any affidavits and factum or written arguments and any Notices of Hearing or Mediation in this matter.
If any of the parties objects to permitting the reporter access to the documents requested, they are to file their written submissions on or before November 10, 2015.
In the absence of any objection, the Tribunal will grant the reporter’s request.
