Decision
This is an application under the Pay Equity Act, R.S.O. 1990, c.P.7, as amended.
Section 4.2(1) of the Statutory Powers Procedure Act permits a panel of one to decide this matter.
Having regard to counsel for the applicant’s correspondence dated August 7, 2015, the time for the filing and delivery of the applicant’s reply to the response filed by Canadian Union of Public Employees, Local 543 (“CUPE”) is extended until August 28, 2015.
To the extent the responding party, Shirley D. Moor, intended to file a reply to CUPE’s response, she also may do so on or before August 28, 2015.
