This is an application under the Pay Equity Act, R.S.O. 1990, c. P.7, as amended (“the Act”) for review of an Order dated April 27, 2015.
Section 4.2.1(1) of the Statutory Powers Procedure Act permits a panel of one to decide this matter.
The applicant’s request to amend the application by including “Schedule D – Remedy” is hereby granted.
The request of the respondent CUPE to extend until August 7, 2015 the time for filing any response/intervention in this matter is also granted.
