1This is an application under the Pay Equity Act, R.S.O. 1990, c. P.7 as amended (“the Act”).

2Section 4.2(1) of the Statutory Powers Procedure Act permits a panel of one to decide this matter.

3There may be a dispute between the applicant and responding party employee, Joan McDougall, as to whether or not Ms. McDougall’s representative (Stephen Huff) delivered a copy of his April 27, 2015 written submissions prior to the applicant’s submission of an executed sworn affidavit by Bob Bass. It would appear that, in any event, Mr. Huff recently did provide the applicant’s counsel with a copy of those submissions.

4If the applicant takes any issue with the delivery of Mr. Huff’s April 27, 2015 submissions or the right of Ms. McDougall to rely upon those submissions at the hearing of this matter, it must advise the Tribunal on or before July 13, 2015.
