3The respondent, Community Living Guelph Wellington (“the employer”), seeks reconsideration of the Tribunal’s decision dated April 1, 2015.
4Having regard to the agreement of the employer and Canadian Union of Public Employees Local 4392 (“CUPE”), the time for the filing of CUPE’s response to the request for reconsideration is extended until May 7, 2015.
5The applicant need not file its response to the request for reconsideration before May 7, 2015.
