DECISION OF THE TRIBUNAL: April 20, 2015
This is an application under the Pay Equity Act, R.S.O. 1990, c. P.7 as amended (“the Act”).
Section 4.2(1) of the Statutory Powers Procedure Act permits a panel of one to decide this matter.
Counsel for the applicant has requested an extension to comply with the Tribunal’s direction in a decision dated April 8, 2015 to file and deliver a copy of a proposed pay equity plan (“the plan”) developed by the applicant and the Pay Equity Office.
The applicant shall have until April 24, 2015 to file and deliver the plan.
The Tribunal also extends the time for the response submissions of the responding party employees until May 25, 2015, and for the applicant’s/Pay Equity Office’s reply submissions until June 25, 2015.
