DECISION OF THE TRIBUNAL: March 4, 2015
1. This is an application under the Pay Equity Act, in respect of which I convened a Pre-Hearing Conference on January 27, 2015, at the conclusion of which the parties undertook to keep the Tribunal apprised of the status of this matter.
2. Section 4.2(1) of the Statutory Powers Procedure Act permits a panel of one to decide this matter.
3. To date the parties have not communicated with the Tribunal respecting this file. It is therefore adjourned sine die for a period of one month, at the conclusion of which it shall be deemed to have been abandoned, unless any party communicates with the Registrar prior to that date seeking to proceed with it.
4. I am not seized.
