DECISION OF THE BOARD: March 4, 2015
1. Having regard to correspondence dated March 4, 2015 from counsel for the applicant, in which counsel advises that the parties have reached a settlement in principle and requests that this matter be adjourned sine die, we consent to the adjournment of the proceeding sine die for a period of 30 days from the date of this decision. Unless within that period either party requests that the matter proceed, the Tribunal shall consider the application to be abandoned.
2. The hearing dates of March 5, 6 and 12, 2015 are cancelled.
