Section 4.2(1) of the Statutory Powers Procedure Act permits a panel of one to decide this matter.
The Tribunal is in receipt of correspondence from respondents Anna Gullo and Sophia Chu. They have each received a cheque from the applicant and wish to be removed as a party in this matter.
Accordingly, Ms. Gullo and Ms. Chu are hereby removed as responding parties in this matter.
