1. This is an application under the Pay Equity Act.
2. Section 4.2(1) of the Statutory Powers Procedure Act permits a panel of one to decide this matter.
3. The Tribunal is in receipt of correspondence from respondent Dawn Gay advising that she has received a cheque from the applicant. She states: “Please remove me from the list.”
4. Having regard to her request, Ms. Gay is hereby removed as a responding party in this matter.
