1These are applications under the Pay Equity Act, R.S.O. 1990, c.P.7 as amended (“the Act”).

2By letter dated April 29, 2014, counsel for Upper Grand District School Board advised that these matters have been settled.

3The parties’ attention is directed to subsection 25.1 of the Act which provides that a settlement is binding and can be the subject of a complaint to the Tribunal if it is not complied with.

4Having regard to the settlement the Tribunal’s files are now closed.
