DECISION OF THE TRIBUNAL: November 7, 2013
1These are all applications under the Pay Equity Act that have been made by non-union employees of the respondent school board.
2Two of the applications (0641-13-PE and 1794-13-PE) arise out of a single order by a Review Officer that dealt with objections that several job classes had made to the non-union pay equity plan. The third application (0875-13-PE) does not appear to relate to a job class referenced in the Review Officer’s order.
3I issued a decision on September 25, 2013. In the first paragraph it is clear that I intended it to have issued with respect to both the application in 0641-13-PE and 1794-13-PE, however the style of cause does not reflect that and I now understand that the applicant in 1794-13-PE did not receive a copy of that decision, notwithstanding it contains directions respecting how that file will be processed. The applicant in 0875-13-PE also did not receive a copy of that decision, but it has less pertinence to that file. In any event, a copy of the September 25, 2013 decision is enclosed along with this one for the reference of all parties.
