1This is an application under the Pay Equity Act, R.S.O. 1990, c. P.7, as amended.
2Because this decision deals with a procedural matter, section 4.2(1) of the Statutory Powers Procedure Act permits it to be issued by a single Vice-Chair.
3The application has not been served on any responding party, although the Registrar of the Tribunal advised the applicant by letter dated September 17, 2013 to do so and to file completed Statement(s) of Service with the Tribunal within 10 working days, failing which the file would be closed.
4The applicant has not complied with the Registrar’s direction, but has forwarded to the Tribunal a copy of recent correspondence to the Ombudsman and to a Member of Provincial Parliament.
5The file is directed to the Registrar to be closed.
