2This is a procedural decision which a single Vice-Chair is authorized to issue pursuant to the Statutory Powers Procedure Act, section 4.2(1).
3The parties have agreed that this matter should be adjourned sine die, pending another application that the responding party trade union (“OPSSU”) anticipates filing with the Tribunal in mid-November 2013.
4This application is therefore adjourned sine die for one year, and will be deemed terminated at the conclusion of that period unless any party seeks in the meantime to proceed with it.
