DECISION OF THE TRIBUNAL: July 26, 2013
This matter is an application filed by Farm Fresh Poultry Co-Op Inc. pursuant to section 24(6) of the Pay Equity Act.
By way of decision dated June 19, 2013, Farm Fresh Poultry Co-Op Inc. was directed to:
post a copy of the Notice of Application to Employees that was enclosed with the Tribunal’s decision, the Order of Review Officer Isgro dated August 15, 2012, and a copy of its application in a sufficient number of prominent locations in the workplace where it will come to the attention of all employees who may be affected by the application;
mail a copy of the Notice of Application to Employees to all former employees who worked in a female dominated job class at any time after January 1, 2003; at their last known mailing address; and
comply with the foregoing directions within 10 days of the date of this decision.
Farm Fresh Poultry Co-Op Inc. was further directed to inform the Tribunal in writing when all of the foregoing directions had been complied with.
- To date, the Tribunal has not received written confirmation from Farm Fresh Poultry Co-op that the Tribunal’s directions were complied with. Farm Fresh Poultry is hereby directed to advise the Tribunal in writing no later than August 8, 2013 as to whether or not it complied with the Tribunal’s directions and, if it did, the date on which it did so failing which this application will be automatically terminated.
