DECISION OF THE TRIBUNAL: July 26, 2013
This matter is an application filed by Friuli Benevolent Corporation pursuant to section 24(6) of the Pay Equity Act.
Friuli Benevolent Corporation is hereby directed to:
(a) post a copy of:
(i) the enclosed Notice of Application to Employees;
(ii) the Order of Review Officer Limerick dated July 18, 2012; and
(iii) a copy of its Application to the Tribunal assigned Tribunal File No. 2302-12-PE
in a sufficient number of prominent locations in the workplace where they will come to the attention of all employees who may be affected by the application;
(b) mail a copy of the Notice of Application to Employees to all former employees who worked in a female dominated job class at any time after January 1, 1994; at their last known mailing address;
(c) comply with the foregoing directions by no later than August 20, 2013; and
(d) inform the Tribunal in writing no later than August 22, 2013 that the foregoing directions have been complied with.
- If the Tribunal does not receive written confirmation from Friuli Benevolent Corporation by August 22, 2013 that all of the foregoing directions have been complied with this matter will be automatically terminated.
