DECISION OF THE TRIBUNAL: June 19, 2013
This is an application under the Pay Equity Act, R.S.O. 1990, c. P.7 as amended (“the Act”) for review of an Order dated, November 12, 2009 issued by Review Officer Tiziana Isgro (“the Officer”).
A Pre-Hearing Conference was scheduled in this matter for June 17 and August 21, 2013 for the purpose of settlement discussions.
Settlement discussions ended on June 17, 2013 without a resolution, and it would appear that there is no reasonable prospect that the matter might settle on August 21, 2013. Accordingly, the August 21, 2013 date will be utilized as a hearing day to deal with the applicant’s challenge of the Officer’s Order dated November 12, 2009. The applicant should be prepared to lead its evidence.
