2I was assigned to hear this matter on February 27, 2012. Prior to the commencement of the hearing, the parties entered into settlement discussions and reached a resolution of this matter. As a consequence of that resolution, the applicant advised that she wished to withdraw her application.
3The application is withdrawn.
4The hearing scheduled for February 28, 2012 is cancelled.
