1This is an application for review pursuant to section 116 of the Employment Standards Act, 2000, S.O. 2000, c.41, as amended (the “Act”).
2The Board has been advised that the workplace parties have resolved this matter by reaching a settlement agreement pursuant to subsection 120(4) of the Act. Pursuant to the request of the parties, the Board hereby adjourns this application sine die for a period not exceeding one year on the condition that this application for review shall terminate without notice to the parties in accordance with subsection 120(4) of the Act when the parties do what they have agreed to do under this settlement, or one year from the date of the Board’s decision, whichever occurs first, unless a party requests that the Board list this application for hearing before it is terminated.
3The Registrar is directed to forward a copy of the settlement agreement to the Director of Employment Standards.
