Decision
1These are applications under the Pay Equity Act, R.S.O. 1990, c. P.7, as amended (“the Act”), which were scheduled to be heard on October 19 and November 5, 2012.
2Counsel for the union has written to the Registrar, advising that the parties have resolved these matters. Although not specifically indicated in the correspondence, we presume that section 25.1 of the Act is applicable. There is also no indication in the correspondence that the parties have agreed that these matters be disposed of in any particular fashion by the Tribunal (as for example by treating them as withdrawn).
3In the circumstances, therefore, these applications are terminated and the hearing dates cancelled.
